Data Processing
All personal data collected by bak365 is processed in accordance with the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation and accuracy. We only collect data that is necessary for the stated purpose, and we do not process it beyond that purpose without a further legal basis.
Personal data is processed by bak365's internal authorised personnel (account management, compliance, fraud prevention, customer support) and, where necessary, by contracted Data Processors. Every Data Processor engaged by bak365 is bound by a data processing agreement requiring them to maintain appropriate security standards and to process data only on documented instructions from bak365.
We do not engage in solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on Users without human review, except where required by applicable law (e.g., automated fraud risk scoring that flags an account for human review).
Where responsible gambling activity data is used for intervention purposes (e.g., triggering a safeguarding review), such processing is conducted with appropriate access controls and is handled by trained personnel only.
Data Sharing
bak365 does not sell personal data to any third party. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:
- Payment Processing Partners: Payment service providers require transaction data to process deposits and withdrawals. Where familiar payment infrastructure (such as local digital wallet systems or bank transfer networks) is used for processing, only the minimum data required for the transaction is transmitted. We do not share data with any payment brand beyond what that brand requires to execute the transaction.
- KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services process KYC documentation on behalf of bak365 to fulfil age and identity verification obligations.
- Game Technology Providers: Casino game studios and sports data providers receive pseudonymised gameplay and session data necessary to deliver their services within the Platform.
- Fraud Prevention and AML Partners: We may share transaction and identity data with fraud screening and anti-money-laundering compliance services as required by our operating licence obligations.
- Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction, we may disclose personal data to competent authorities. We do not disclose more than is legally required.
- Legal and Professional Advisers: Lawyers, auditors and other professional advisers may access personal data in connection with legal proceedings, audits or regulatory reviews, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
Payment Provider Note: Payment brand names referenced on the bak365 Platform (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are contextual references to familiar Pakistan payment infrastructure. They are not data sharing partners of bak365 unless they are actively used in a live transaction. Data shared with any payment provider is limited to what that provider requires to process the specific transaction.
International Data Transfers
bak365 operates internationally and may process personal data in jurisdictions outside Pakistan or the User's country of residence. When personal data is transferred across borders, bak365 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the applicable data protection authority in the relevant jurisdiction
- Contractual data processing agreements with binding data protection obligations
- Adequacy decisions where the receiving jurisdiction provides a level of data protection equivalent to the originating jurisdiction's standards
Pakistani users should be aware that Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive data protection law equivalent to European GDPR. bak365 applies international best-practice data protection standards as the baseline for all User data, regardless of jurisdiction of origin.
Data Retention
bak365 retains personal data for only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention principles apply:
| Data Category | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account registration data | Duration of account plus 5 years post-closure (regulatory minimum) |
| KYC documents | Duration of account plus 5 years post-closure |
| Transaction records | Minimum 5 years post-transaction (AML compliance) |
| Betting and gameplay history | Duration of account plus 3 years post-closure |
| Support correspondence | 3 years from last interaction |
| Technical logs and IP records | Up to 12 months (operational security purposes) |
| Self-exclusion records | Duration of exclusion plus 7 years |
| Marketing consent records | Until consent is withdrawn, plus 2 years as evidence of consent |
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Where anonymised data is retained for analytics purposes, it is no longer capable of identifying any individual User.
Security Measures
bak365 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the bak365 Platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data, including KYC documents and payment records, is encrypted at rest in our storage systems.
- Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a role-based, need-to-know basis. All access is logged and audited.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): Available to all Users for account access and strongly recommended. Internal system access requires 2FA for all personnel.
- Regular security assessments: The Platform and its infrastructure undergo periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
- Incident response: bak365 maintains a data breach incident response procedure. In the event of a breach affecting User data, we will notify affected Users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
No security system is impenetrable. While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. Users are responsible for keeping their own account credentials confidential and for using strong, unique passwords.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
bak365 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain login sessions, remember User preferences and analyse Platform usage. The following categories of cookies may be used:
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling all cookies will affect Platform functionality. For detailed cookie management, use the cookie preference centre available in your account settings.
Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, you hold the following rights over your personal data held by bak365. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days unless the volume or complexity of requests requires an extension, in which case we will inform you.
Right of Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your account.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping requirements).
Right to Restriction
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute is under review.
Right to Portability
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider where technically feasible.

Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing emails), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Right to Complain
Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority if you believe your data rights have been infringed. Contact us first — we will work to resolve your concern.
Identity Verification for Data Requests: To protect your data, we will verify your identity before processing any data rights request. This typically requires confirmation of your registered email address and, for sensitive requests, may require KYC verification.
Minors & Age Policy
The bak365 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under this age threshold.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the Platform or provided personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly, suspend the account if confirmed, delete all associated minor's data and take any further required action.
Age verification is a mandatory step in our KYC process. Where we identify that an account holder is under the minimum required age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any associated funds pending investigation, and initiate our underage gambling reporting procedure in accordance with applicable regulations.
Pakistan-Specific Notes
bak365 recognises that a significant portion of its user base is located in Pakistan. The following notes are relevant to Pakistani Users specifically:
- No Pakistan Government Data Sharing: bak365 does not share personal data with the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority unless compelled by a valid legal order. bak365 is not licensed by any Pakistani authority, and no data sharing arrangement with Pakistani regulators exists unless legally mandated.
- CNIC Data: Where Users submit CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) copies as part of KYC, this data is processed solely for identity verification purposes. CNIC data is stored encrypted and is not shared beyond the KYC verification process.
- Payment Data: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are informational only. Data shared with payment providers during an actual transaction is limited to the minimum required for that transaction and governed by the payment provider's own privacy policy.
- Pakistani Law: Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive general data protection statute equivalent to GDPR. bak365 applies international best-practice standards as the baseline for all User data. This is not legal advice — Users should seek independent legal guidance regarding their rights under applicable Pakistani law.
- Geolocation Data: IP-based geolocation is used for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and ensuring appropriate content is served. We do not share geolocation data derived from Pakistani IP addresses with any Pakistani government body unless legally required.
Policy Amendments
bak365 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, data protection standards, our processing activities or our business operations. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.
For material changes — those affecting how we use your data or the rights you hold — we will provide advance notice by email to your registered address and/or a prominent notification on the Platform, allowing a reasonable period for you to review the changes before they take effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to request account closure and data deletion within applicable legal retention constraints.

End-to-End Encryption
All data in transit between your device and bak365 is TLS-encrypted. Sensitive data at rest — including KYC documents and financial records — is stored in encrypted form at all times.
