Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bak365 ("bak365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at bak365.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering for or using any part of the bak365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan, and are written in English — the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on the bak365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where local law imposes a higher or absolute restriction.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only). Corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, unless you can demonstrate lawful participation.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bak365 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of bak365 or any affiliated operator.

bak365 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of pending funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

You may only hold one (1) account on the bak365 Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You must choose a strong password for your account and keep it confidential at all times. bak365 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or assigned to another person.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bak365 is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform. Before processing any withdrawal — and at any time at our discretion — we may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This is standard practice across regulated online gaming platforms globally.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back copies
• Passport (bio page and photo)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, CNIC for address-verified accounts — dated within 90 days)
• Payment method verification (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used)

KYC documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent, altered or third-party documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. See Clause 8 for details.

• Winnings generated through suspected fraudulent, colluded, or system-exploiting activity may be voided prior to withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

bak365 may offer various promotional benefits including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria (minimum deposit, account status, geographic restrictions) are specified per promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The specific multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified. Unexpired bonus funds that remain when the time limit elapses will be forfeited.
• Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lower percentage). Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after meeting requirements) are withdrawable.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the bak365 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports (including cricket, PSL, ICC events, football, UFC and esports) are published in the relevant sports section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: bak365 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, odds errors or system abuse.
• Odds Errors: If a bet is placed and accepted at an obvious error price, bak365 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within a timeframe specified in sport-specific rules, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned — subject to applicable sport rules.
• In-Play Betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Once confirmed, in-play bets are final unless an obvious system error occurred.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. One lost selection voids the entire accumulator's winnings (stakes returned per applicable rules where void events occur).
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum payout limit as specified in the cashier and sports rules documentation. This applies per event, per market and per account per day.
• Duplicate Accounts: Bets placed from accounts identified as duplicates will be voided and funds reviewed.

Casino & Games

Casino games, live dealer games, slot games, crash games and all other gaming products available on the bak365 Platform are provided by third-party technology partners and are subject to their respective game rules and RTP configurations.

• All RTP figures published on the Platform are theoretical values applicable over very large sample sizes of rounds. Actual returns in any individual session will vary significantly and may be zero.
• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes. bak365 does not manipulate game results.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or error that interrupts a round in progress, the round may be declared void and the stake returned. Voided rounds are not eligible for bonus wagering contribution.
• Live dealer game results as shown by the dealer are final once announced. Chat misconduct in live dealer environments will result in chat restrictions or account action.
• Maximum bet limits per game are defined within the game interface. Exceeding these limits through split or sequential bets to circumvent limits is prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR or your account currency. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at defined intervals showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause all betting activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bak365 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or access the Platform in an unauthorised manner
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or odds pricing errors for financial gain
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or as a nominee arrangement
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or professional bonus-hunting activity in a systematic manner that is contrary to the spirit of promotional terms
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or event outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful without taking appropriate legal advice
• Attempting to charge back, dispute or reverse any deposit made to your account in bad faith
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users

Suspension & Termination

bak365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent, colluded or money-laundering activity
• Identification of a duplicate account
• Identification of an underage account holder
• A User's own request for account closure or self-exclusion
• A legally valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court order

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the User's funds will be held securely during the review period. If the investigation concludes with the account restored, funds will be returned. If the investigation concludes with account closure for cause (fraud, breach, etc.), funds may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not circumvent any pending investigation or override any self-exclusion in effect.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bak365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, odds presentations and the overall user interface design — is the property of bak365 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Platform content without written authorisation
• Scrape, extract or mirror odds data or game content by automated means
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bak365 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, whether or not foreseeable
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical outages that prevent access during a live event or bet
• Third-party payment provider delays, failures or charges
• Any loss resulting from a User's failure to comply with security best practices (e.g., sharing passwords)
• Any loss arising from events of force majeure, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government actions or regulatory changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bak365 holds its operating licence (details of which are published in the Platform's licence information section). Where no specific jurisdiction applies, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law.

Pakistani users acknowledge that accessing and using the Platform may involve cross-border data transfer and that these Terms are not governed by Pakistani law except where applicable Pakistani consumer protection or data protection laws impose mandatory protections that cannot be contracted out of.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion and our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

bak365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent Platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms came into effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
